  • High powered blender

Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas fresh or frozen
  • 60 g Porridge oats (also known as rolled oats/instant oats)
  • 500 ml Milk (any milk of your choice)
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 4 tbsp Maple syrup (more or less if you prefer)

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy! Top with slices of banana if you like
